Hey Fellas. Selling my setup hoping someone is looking for a nice combo at a great price. Reel is a Daiwa Exceler 7:3.1 left hand retrieve. Used a handful of times and is in excellent condition.  Loaded with 30# braid. Rod is a Daiwa Laguna Medium Action one piece.  Rated for 8-17# Asking $75 for both. Located in Santa Ana.

What is the downside to using that setup as a right hander?
Flipping it over with a 5 - 10 pound fish?

You know for me I am right handed, but when it comes to bait casters I can go right or left. I don't know why but I have always been able to do just that I have 4 bait casters, two right handed and two left. I use them equally and I could not even tell you which one is which.

I think it's more about the feel of it.
Baitcasters are a thousand times more mental than anything else. Like riding a bike or... Ok I'll stop there.

Jeff I am the same way with my bait casters , but for some reason it feels better to me cranking right handed ... now on a spinning rod I just cannot do it lol
