I went down to the LBC this morning on a almost negative tide. Poor conditions, but I managed to catch 1 bass on a ghost shrimp hawg seeker. Not sure if it is a kelp bass or sand bass.

The only reason I question it is that sandies usually have black stripes going down the side of the body from the top to the bottom like my prior sand bass above.
