FTFF Gathering Officer

Hey all,
I just got a good deal on a Fish Cat 4, and while I am very happy with it I have one issue:
I am a taller guy (6'3") and the top of the seat back tends to hit me right under the ribs, uncomfortable to the point that I can feel my pulse in my kidneys. Also, the seat back, because of where it hits my back, tends to bunch up and slide down behind the seat cushion. Its not a game breaker, but if anyone has a mod that addresses this I would appreciate the info.
