Go Pro HERO3

Hello All,

hope all is well, real quick, does anyone know where i can fix my go pro, took a dive in the salt water, tried to open it up and fix it and jacked it up even more ,

does anyone know if there local shops that fix them or is it dust!!!

probably just get a new one i think, plus the new 4 is out  

Also called gopro and they said they dont fix them, so thats the reason i was seeing if anyone new of a place....

Man , I have no clue where to fix your Hero 3 .. But as you stated the Hero 4 will be out on Sunday October 5th and I have already been playing with it at work . So if you wait you can pick up the 4 , but there is not a ton of difference oh the new hero 4 will record 4k Video at 30fps and a touch screen interface . Are you rendering any videos in 4k ? if not the hero 3 will price drop after the launch and once it does you will have to jump on it ASAP if you cannot get your go pro fixed .

Hey fadb..its jacked I tried to take it apart and ripped one of the ribbons behind the case that attaches to the LCD screen....and salt on motherboard lol so yeah I see everyone selling there busted one for like 2 bills or so on eBay lol..what do u think?

Your Go pro is toast brother lol , It would cost more on an attempted repair then to buy a brand new one  . Like I said with the Hero 4 coming out on Sunday Oct.5th .. the price for the black and silver hero 3 will drop quickly as the hero 4 will be selling at the same price $399 on the black and $299 on the silver

If you remember last year  , Bestbuy (where I work) sold the black Go Pros to get rid of stock at $199 . we sold out over 50 units in 20 minutes .. I will keep my eyes peeled for a returned go pro and see if i can get you a way better deal .

yea you are right its toast, that sux bro. For 2 bills you can buy a silver gopro 3 unless you are going to macgyver it. Hmm tell you what, I know of someone that has one for sale but before I say anymore if the person I told is not going to buy it Ill let you have a shot at it, its new in the box silver edition gopro3
