I'll be hitting up the San Leandro Marina this Saturday, 1-10-15, if anyone is able to meet. I'll be launching from the boat ramp, located in the parking lot just south of the main Marina at about 6:30-7am. Hit me up if you're able to make it.

The bay is good for catching Leopard Sharks, Bat rays, Striped Bass and Sturgeon. Depending on the bottom you can get halibut or rock cod.

I get nervous landing the Bat rays when fishing from the shore, and this will be my first time out there on my tube. I'm really nervous about landing a Stingray while in my tube.

I'll be sure to take some pictures of my first experience in the bay and share with you all. I hope I don't get dragged across the bay by a big ray. HAHA
