I went to big bear last weekend, water was low by 11ft.!!! Dang!! Bite was slow but I managed to land a 3 pounder on a weedless crank bait. I was exited cuz it's my first one of the year and first one on that bait since I bought it at last chance tackle last year!! ....Can't upload a pic. I'll try later again.

congrats on the bass! Big Bear huh? One of my favorite places! Done a lot of fishing and snowboarding up there. Hard to imagine what it looks like 11ft down!

Don't know if you know, but...they always pumped from the lake to make artificial snow. Are they still doing that now?

They are still pumping the snow. The last few years that seemed to be ALL the snow they have up there.

They are still pumping the snow. The last few years that seemed to be ALL the snow they  have up there.
yep, that's correct. But when the snow melts down, runs back to the lake, most of it at least.
