Found this pic, thought I'd share it here.  Looks like these two are made out of some kind of large diameter plastic piping with end caps.  Wonder how stable they are. Kind of cool!

I had seen that some where before. I forgot about it till now. It looks like it would be fast, just unwieldy to haul.
I wonder what it would cost to build.

I have seen this also I think it was listed as a home made Kayak, it seemed to handle very well and was pretty quick as well. I am sure it is not to bad to make cost wise, would be neat to try.
