SARL Pink Fishing Derby

Well it was a great day to fish...........but for me it was a skunk. But I did catch a rod and reel, a first on my catch list.

Plenty of tubers showed for the PINK Breast Cancer event, my estimate would be close to 40-50. Pics don't do it justice, but it was crowed with tubes. All were from So. Cal. Fishing Buddies, well except me.....

Just to let u know, 100% of all the $$$$ raised went to Cancer...........u don't see that very often. Kevin did a great job for the 3rd year running.

Lots of door prizes donated, rods reels lures baits, pretty good stuff.

The 3rd pic is the stage with most of the sponsors hanging their monikers........What I don't see is a FTFF. I dropped of some of our decals to Kevin and he did mention us in his dialogue, but if we want to grow locally we need to advertise at these events. This is not a ding on anyone just a reminder to all if we want sponsors for this site we need to be known, whether it be in Cali, Nebraska, Australia or the UK. Just my 2 cents...........GT

I am with you GT I really feel bad I could not make this I was hoping but we need to discuss this for next year. We need a presence for sure thanks for dropping off the stickers lets do this next year guys.

TonyG will they let us tube at night........man that would be awesome......I'd light her up like an Orange Tree really I've been wanting to rig it for night fishing..........I'm in............GT

yeah theyll let us tube, ive tubed a couple times at night, lake all to ourselves...lets go.....set something up and see if more peeps want to join....
