Newport Harbor 07-07-11

Hit up Newport again today, fished from around 10:30 to 4:30 for a dozen bass and one halibut.
Had three mystery break offs (one that almost spooled me) and wing hooked one bat ray that I broke off when I got it close enough to see what it was because I didn't want it stinging me or my pontoons.
the reason for one of my break offs, scumbags left this wrapped around several boat moorings :mad: , took me quite a while to bring it all in once I got it loose.

I doubt that I will go back out next week as I need to start packing for my Mammoth trip.
