Had a nice day! Caught enough fish to keep it interesting and got some good experience. I'm definitely getting better at seeing the small "suck and spit" strikes.

I was trying to find a "wreck" than was marked on the chart, but no luck. Maybe I'll try again some other time.

I think the last fish I caught was a barracuda, but not 100% sure. It would be the first one I've caught since I was a kid.

Probably should have measured the macks and the barracuda, might have had the three fish bonus! Oh well. Honestly, I didn't measure the mackerel because it seemed pointless (so far behind) and they freak out so much. I'd rather let them go as quickly as possible.

Another great video Bob!
It looked dead calm in some of those shots.
Measure them all it is good practice. I got some funny pics of fish flipping away before.

Thanks for sharing.

What you see is an iPad (Generation 2 or later) running the Navionics GPS navigation charts app which takes the signal from the Raymarine Wi-fish sonar I have and incorporates it into the display.

The Wi-fish also has it's own app that you can run separately if you want.

One of the cool things about Navionics is that it updates the preloaded charts with my actual sonar data, so I can keep track of changes or whatever unmarked structure I find.
