So we tried this a long time ago and I feel I need the help again. Weight lose it is an issue for some and I am one. I am currently at 250 and would like to get myself to at last 225 for now. There is all kind of diets and ways to lose weight but there are also a lot of ways to gain weight as well.
Here is the idea those that would like to follow me on this journey would simply post up their weight and their goal weight and be willing to post there current weight at least once a week here is not more. We can share diet ideas exercise idea's and simply encourage each other our journey.
We know that we are human and will have mishaps along the way. But if we are all reporting back to each other we just might be able to help each other lose some weight and gain some health back. And of course, float a little higher in the water on our tubes. How wants to join me on this journey as I posted above I am currently at
