The inserts are a big help for long sessions and bare feet.

Hey Jeff,
I took the comfort instep out of my newly purchased size L and I installed them into my old XL pair of FF’s and it was just what the doctor had ordered! They helped to make my fins fit like a pair of gloves while I was wearing my O Neal water shoes.

I was so impressed with the comfort insteps that when I got home I went on line and I purchased another set so that both pair of my FF’s will have a comfort instep along with fin leashes.
