So I put $3 in the meter and that means that by 11:00 AM I needed to be off the water.
Three hours had passed without as-much as a bump! And I have now excepted the skunk, just infront of the ramp!!! 🦨 the ol’ pole-cat!!

It’s 11:00 AM and the water’s edge at the bottom of the concrete boat ramp was within an easy 60’ casting range ... so “last-cast” toward the 6” deep water’s edge; just for the shits-n’-giggles of it, and I get slugged by this legal 17” Sandy!!!! SWEET!!!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I repeated the cast ..... again! I get slammed, except this time by a legal 14” Spotty!!! Man-O-Man!!!

Now my float tube is half-out of the water on the concrete ramp and I cast-back away from the ramp ... and again I get slammed by a short 13 1/2” Spotty, short but a strong fighter!

Well Folk’s ... it looks like I got lucky again by avoiding the dreaded skunk today!!! Thank you Lord!
(3) three fish landed, (2) two measured legal!!! 🎣👍
