Well I have had the Buck's Bags Roughneck Float tube out at least 5 times now. So I think time for another review. The Rounghneck is a unique hybrid tube. It looks like another tube in pictures but it is much larger then must tubes. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The Rounghneck is 7 feet long an about 4 1/2 feet wide. It comes with 4 inflatable sections the 2 pontoons, the seat, and inflatable floor which gives it the ability to stay open with out a crossbar. It also comes with oars which are useful but could be better. The articulating arm for the oars are to short which limits you rowing motion. Don't get me wrong they work it's just that they could work better.

It comes with 2 detachable bags which I find to be of very good quality. These bags are extra long and hold a lot and the zippers appear to be good quality. It also comes with a basic repair kit valve wrench and a valve air pump adapter. Oddly enough it does not come with a pump, backpack straps, or a carry bag all which would be very useful. For me the lack of a pump and other items is not a deal breaker as this boats it great over all quality.

One last thing on the water yesterday I happen to realize this tube is a tank at 40 lbs and holding up to 450 lbs it is nearly indestructible. But it moves like a tank on the water slow and heavy. I still don't think this is a bad things as you float very high out of the water. It moves just fine it just seems to be slow to me. Overall I am very excited by the Roughneck quality and build. And one last thing about hybrid float tubes. They are worth every pennies as they will last 3x as long as the old canvas covered tubes. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
