Fished a few hours this morning
Dropping 5' tide
No bait, clear water,-too clear,  
Kelp every cast
Wind came up about 1030 -7 knots
1 bite on the swimbait

Pretty slow.
Watch the wind this weekend

Thanks for the report. Where did you launch and where did you fish? Glad you got out , always good being in the water. Nothing for us this weekend. Might try fresh water next weekend. Maybe Puddingstone or Castaic? If we get anything together I’ll throw an invite out.

Cabrillo. Can launch from beach, wooden steps or boat ramp. Eel grass is thick so try and find open lanes/patches. Saw a few kayakers today hit the rocks and around the corner to fish 22nd street landing boat slips.
Some areas unfishable on low tide
Watch the wind, can go from 0 to gale force especially in the afternoon.
