I bought one of the demo tubes they had on sale. First time out to the water it sprung a leak upon inflation before it ever hit the water.

I called them up and I am happy to say they are replacing my tube and its on its way. I would also like to say PK was the gentleman I spoke to and he was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to speak to.

That is great to hear man I was not happy with the way it was going for you with them. Good to hear that it is a fixed, hope there are no more problems.
