Hey Guys,
I have the outcast dbl action pump. works great. Kinda expensive but got mine on a closeout at sports chalet. Had to adapt the fitting to my new toons but no big deal, just like ED a little sand paper and voila!
Just a tip for you when you inflate your tube. Make sure you account for expansion due to heat and atmospheric pressure change.
Example: Temperature...After filling your tube in the morning when it's cooler, be sure and give your tube the squeeze test later in the day after it has been in the sun a bit. and likewise if you fill it in the heat of the day and fish into the dark. As it gets hotter, (expands and pressure goes up) or colder, ( contracts and pressure goes down) you should adjust. I once filled my tube in the dark at my hotel room in Indio,( air temp around 80) and the went fishing. By 10 in the morning I noticed my tube was bulging around all my sewn straps. My tube was hard as a stone! I was at the Salton Sea. The air temp was 113!!
Example: Atmospheric Pressure...If you fill your tube and then transport it, be aware of the atmospheric changes as you go from sealevel to altitude. The higher the elevation the lower the AP (the tube expands) I once had a friend of mine fill his tube at his home and then drive to Mammoth and half way up the Sherwin Grade have it blow out seams as the tube expanded with the lower AP. The same guy on the same trip, strapped his new tube (that he had to buy in Mammoth) to the roof of his car and almost lose it in the desert as it shrunk and became loose in the straps at the lower altitude!
Remember, you want your tube as tight as it can be with out over stressing it, because a tight tube keeps you higher, (drier), is smoother, (faster), and will not wick up as much water. (lighter) Also when the tube is tight it resists snagging and puncture, and rebounds off impact better.
I used to keep a compact bicycle pump in my tube for adjusting and emergencies. They are small and light and not very expensive.

PS. I use a DC electric pump. Those hand pumps are too much work!! Hee Hee!!
