Just got a float tube, never been.I am looking forward to spring bass. All I need to is jump in,need flippers, that might help.Found this site looking up float tube stuff.Santa Margarita lake,in Slo Co.getting out of the bushes and onto the water will be nice.Anyway I am going to hang out and see if I can learn something about my new ride.

Keep on chuckin'

It is the Caddis navigator II, my dad got it but never used it.I said, that could be fun. Some rod holders would be nice,I could rig up something with pvc pipe.I made cool rod holders for my kayak.Just nee to find a good way to strap it on.

Lots of options for rod racks
I'm in the process of building this rack frame for my fish cat 4
I'll be setting up the rod tubes differently

If you want something less complicated, ed5000x has a rack that is his favorite after several different racks that he has built.
Light, compact and functional and is not glued together
He rotates one of the rod tubes to stabilize the unit

Ed, I hope this is cool with you to show off your rack! Must share good ideas rabbit

Those are great, thanks.
I made a rod holder for my kayak,so it should be easy.A fish finder would be nice tool to have. The caddis nav. II looks ok for my first tube.Put the dang thing together today, looks fun.Cant wait to take it out, soon, real soon
