Thanks guys!

I really like the mount. I don't have to worry about replacing the batteries after almost every trip, scratching the transducer when getting out of the water and way easier to transport then before.

Before I was using a mount I made out of ABS pipes that was similar to the fishing buddy and used 12 AA batteries as the power source.

ODC is a nice ride, have had mine now for ten years I think. Creek Co. makes a good product and stands by it as well!

what you mean you dont have to worry about replacing the battery? is it rechargable? and where you put the transducer?

I purchased the fish finder mount from floattubefanatics.com that comes with a rechargeable 12v SLA battery and the transducer mounts onto the strap. If you look at the pic of my tube you can see it on the side below the fish finder.
