Hey guys I am going to get a Caddis Nevada for my first tube in about less than a week. The closest harbor to me is Channel Islands harbor or Ventura harbor which would you guys recommend for the first timer? Also what do you guys think about the caddis Nevada I'm 14 and I think it looks pretty well for a first tube. Thanks all of you!

The Caddis Nevada looks decent for a first tube. You will probably sit belly button deep in the water. It makes a huge difference and feels way better when the water level is right below your knees. I started off with a Caddis Navigator and upgraded to a Cumberland. It's the best decision I've ever made! Are you looking to buy new or used? CoverBonanza has killer deals on the Cumberland.

I've never been to either one but they both look fishy. Based off of google maps, Ventura harbor looks like it has less boat traffic which is nice when you're trying to get a hang of things.

I am looking at the caddis Nevada new but if there is any other float tubes that are used and better I might go with one if those I am willing to spend about $150 maybe less but that's budget.

The Cumberland comes out to about 160ish brand new and shipped to your door. It's slightly over your budget but you will never need to upgrade!
