New In Dana Point

What up tubers. Just joined the site, I'm In Dana Point CA. I went float tubing about 15 years ago with my cousins in Oregon, didn't catch a damn thing, but absolutely loved it. Have not been since, but finally just received my Cumberland this week (thank you tax return). Looks like a 5 hour test and some rain will keep me from goin out this weekend, but I'll get out next weekend for sure. I think I'll go on out to the Condo pool tomorrow and adjust the seat, fins and rod holders I bought so I don't have to mess around with em on the lake. Maybe make sure my Waders don't leak as well.

By the way, not an acid fisherman.... but I did try fishing Hodges on mushrooms back in the day. Fishing is a game of patience, so obviously wasn't the best idea.

Yeah tubing is fun as hell and if you catch fish, that's a plus.

Thanks guys. Yeah I read a lot of reviews before I bought and Cumberland seemed like the way to go for the price. I'll be sure and post some reports when I go out.
