Great customer service

What's up guys, just want to let everyone know how great the customer service is at over at The Longfin Tackle in Orange and the guys at Triple Trout.

Here is what happen, I blew apart the back half of my triple trout and lost it some where in the pond.
I took my bait over to Eric at Longfin to fine out how to fix it. Long story short, Eric held onto my bait and gave it to the guys at triple trout and month & half or so later I get a call saying my bait is ready for pick up.

Not only did the guys at Triple Trout fix my bait, they replaced my hooks for me and hooked me up extra tails at no cost. Another great customer service experience to this loyal customer

I finally got a chance to visit the Longfin and boy do they have a nice plastic section. The entire store is Fishing Heaven if you ask me. Glad they stepped up to the plate as far as customer service and from what i've heard about that shop, it's not really a surprise. Just awesome to hear.

It's not the bait that is bad it's the fisherman!  Nice hello kitty sticker by the way.  They sure know you well.

Ok you caught me. Been on the bike so much forgot what I was doing........ Yeah right lol
