Seccombe Bass
I was off to a great start at the beginning of the year When on March 22nd I experienced a stroke that kept me in the hospital for several weeks. The doctors described my condition as a bleeder in the back of my brain that they where able to surgically repair. I’m now receiving therapy to get me back to a 100%. With the help of my wife and kids I’M able to do some fishing and will be hitting up some of the local lakes.
One of the recent fish I caught was at seccombe Lake in San Bernardino. Actually my wife caught it. I told her where to cast and almost immediately she was hooked up and on a good fight. I pointed out a patch of grass and she put the small 3 inch Senko right on the spot. She had a little trouble fighting the fish in the grass so I helped her out after I cleared the grass she finished reeling in the fish. We took a few photos and safely released the fish back in the lake. The fish was 19.5 inches and weighed in at about 4 lbs. All the dammmage was done by a 3 inch smoked purple flake senko on a #1 size hook and 4 lbs test line. Photos see
