La Laguna Resort at Lake Elsinore is the next gathering April 9th for the Float Tube Fishing Forum and So Cal Fishing Buddies.  There should be some pretty good fishing at Lake Elsinore.  Sign up if you can make it and lets fill this lake with as many tubers as we can.

How are they with tube or boat inspections at Elsinore?
Is there a cost to park at La Laguna Resort or launch fee?

I believe la Laguna is 10 bucks to fish/park? Haven't been there in two years though. FYI, Williams bait and tackle pretty much spear headed improving the lake's fisheries. Might want to check in if there are any new limits/restrictions for fish.

10 to launch a boat, didn't see any reference to tubes or yaks. Info at City of Elsinore La Guna Resort. ......GT

Swung by there yesterday. 10 bucks to fish per person. Has a boat launch if really needed but plenty of space to launch a tube. If you have a suv or truck, you can drive areound lot via dirt road to launch, but for the rest of us, park it in the lot and hoof everything to the edge of shore. Be advised, it's a little rocky from the lot to shore. Water is green but not too cold. If you have a fish finder, bring it..not much visible structure. I was there targeting carp for the most part and had some fun. Not signs of crappie seen and same goes for the bass. There are restrooms there, one in the lot and a portapotty near shore. Bring sun protection and remember to bring water.
