I've been pushing around the thought of some mid-range waders for my adventures. I am in between a few different models, but your input is greatly appreciated.
I do fly fish, and as a result do plan on tubing in cooler mountain climates (nothing freezing) as well as warmer bays and lakes.
I don't want to be cooked, nor do I want to be too cold. That being said, I have done a lot of research and have seen different wader shootouts and I think I've narrowed it down to a couple different picks.
These are the waders I have been pondering:
Redington Sonic Pro
Orvis Silver Sonic
Patagonia Rio Gallegos
Patagonia Rio Azul
Comfort is going to be the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] factor... followed by a really close [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for durability. I take care of my equipment compulsively.
I'm a bit of a sucker for Patagonia outerwear.
