Where do you fish

Guys a question was asked today "where is a place to float tube in Central California". So I don't have all that info but I do know my locations.

Southern California
Newport Harbour
Huntington Harbour
L.A.B
Puddingstone reservoir -$
Santa Fe Dam -$
Lake Perris -$

We don't need to give away our spots but we can help point new people in the right directions. What do you think guys who else is willing to add to the list? Let's make this one grow it would be a great resource that is always evolving. If you are willing to add to this list and let's get a running list to help each other out in our own areas.

I like Alamitos Bay, LA harbor, Huntington Harbor, Newport Harbor, and Barrett Lake so far. Hope to add more in the future of course.

Alamitos Bay 95 percent of the time. Huntington Harbor is next.

I fish Lake Perris.
I live 5 minutes away and rarely take my tube when I travel these days.

That said, in years past:

Right on the way to Mammoth Mt. ski area in California above Lake Crowley. All these lakes are linked by the same stream. We used to camp there and fish every year. I never thought to ask about a charge, just jumped in from shore and started fishing.

$50 tube inspection and permit for 10 days.

They actually made me pull both of my bladders out of my float tube skins and they flushed them both out with hot water for me! Lol They are definitely being super careful!
And I can’t blame them.

This was a first for me but we’ll worth it!
