I think this will work well in the Saltwater as the title says they Twitch Worms from Venom Lures.  What do you guys this I feel they look like a small 5" Squid.  The Spotties are going to love them at least I think so.  Rig with a type of shaky head worm rig I had lying around.  I am sure they will end up on jiks for me in time.
