Hooks for small plastic worms

I'm trying to find an Extra Wide Gap (EWG) type plastic worm hook for small thin plastic worms, like 3 to 3.5 inches long. A size 4 Gamakatsu EWG or similar would be perfect. I just cannot find them. I had a few that I bought years ago from someplace, but they are all gone now. I don't want a size 2, already have those. I guess I should start calling around. Any help would be appreciated.

I just looked on Amazon. They have the Gamakatsu 25 Pack EWG Offset Worm Hook as small as 4.

I am pretty sure a trip to Bass Pro will find them as well. Let us know what you come up with.
