FLTB-5 Float Tube

So this one is a little odd guys I am in San Fransico with my family today for an Art Show my wife is doing.  We got here last night (Saturday) and sown the street to out hotel is a store called Decathlon.  I remember about a year ago talking to FLTB-5 about there tube which is from Europe.  They said they would be selling in the US through this store.
Well once I have my wife all set and running in the right direction I will step out and take a look.  I will be sure to let you all know what I think of once I see it.

That is a pretty nice little tube.

The design seems very well thought out.
Reinforced tips, backpack strap in the seat, detachable storage, and sewn in rod holders. Let us know the quality if your get your hands on it.

How many pounds does she handle????? Like the bags.....did you take note of the cut outs for your legs on the seat edge????.........crazy.........GT

I did come across this boat just yesterday at Decathlon and is pretty much just like a fish cat or a Cumberland.  There was nothing really impressive about it right off the bat.  But will say this the Apron is unique not made of the mesh we use but a tougher nylon material that had some larger holes.  To me looked like less getting hooks stuck in it.

The cut out for the legs as GT pointed out was a pretty nice feature not sure it would make a big difference but it was a great added feature.

The bags were pretty high quality and of course nice that you can add them and remove them.  (Sounds like they are making a new version with attached bags.)  But my favorite feature is the backpack straps that are placed in the seatback.  This allows you to backpack you boat into the water and after fishing backpack it out without getting you back all wet.  This is such a great idea.  Still one of the most innovative ideas for float tube fishing at least I think.

The cost is $250 and the weight rating is 250 lbs. Overall it is a nice tube and would make a high-end entry-level tube for a pretty good price.
