enter the ocean to launch a boat, kayak, and the like.

Page 10 paragraph 24 cover long beach and Los alamitos bay is long beach.

I assume you all know San Diego has closed fishing in the bays, to many boaters out with multiple persons on board............GT

If I read correctly it looks like fishing from shore and launching a tube in Long Beach is ok as Floating Bassturd pointed out on page 10. Just continue good social distancing and maybe we'll be able to fish through this thing
