Lithium battery built

Hello everyone. I sent Jeff a picture of my lithium battery I built for my trolling motor for my pontoon boat he asked me to post a picture of it if you need you guys are interested in it I can help you guys with some specs and hope to answer any questions that I can. I am new to this lithium battery stuff but I know it weighs a quarter of the weight of lead and marine batteries.

And how about some pics of it in action on your toon.

I am in process of collecting batteries for the same project. what type of BMS are you using and are using a PWM with it on your motor?

If you like to build one I can send you a link to where I bought those little Lego looking parts. But I'm in the process of building or maybe even buying a battery spot welder. The spot welder will save the $200 I spent on the little LEGO set.
Now getting me to put it into action is another story I cruised around the harbor for about 45 minutes and then packed it up because it's not registered and it's a homemade frame and what all this Corona virus stuff going around I don't know if I'm going to get it registered anytime soon. But I used it for 45 minutes and it worked great I might want to get a bigger trolling motor The one I have now is 20 lb thrust I would like to get maybe a 30 but nothing over.

anything you got would be great, I watched a video of someone making one. he had a spot welder, looks pretty slick. ever try soldering an untabbed battery, it is impossible. I have a china 45 lb thrust I got off amazon for $150 shipped free.

I got the battery spot welder ones. My battery is to small but I have the microwave transformer and I just got the timer board for it.

Welcome. I am hunting down parts for the microwave transformer one right now. As soon as it's done I will show picture and hopefully it will work like I need it to.
