I am mounting a 2nd Scotty rod holder on my Cumberland.  I want to use the Scotty glue-on pad instead of the straps.  I have 2 questions:

1.  What material is the Cumberland actually made of?
2.  What adhesive should I use to mount the Scotty glue-on pad?  

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

No worries . . . I did some research & HH-66 vinyl cement is an excellent adhesive!

That is what I used on my PVC Maxxon.
