Year In Review

As the water cools and another float tubing season comes to an end here in Wisconsin I reflect on my past year. Two trips to the Sylvania Wilderness area in upper Michigan were great. On one lake I caught 90+ smallmouth bass in four hours. Also caught some dandies up to 21 inches, bluegills up to 11 inches and largemouth topping out at 24 inches.

On my local lakes consistently caught largemouth bass, found a few new places to drop a tube in and I also introduced a few people to float tube fishing. I gave two presentations at local clubs I got a few people interested in tubing. Looking forward to a possible spot an outdoor Wisconsin, we’ll see.
