New - BIXPY J2 Motor System. Should work beautifully with Float Plus 1 and 2

I've been running a BIxpy J2 Motor system with my float tubes.  It is an amazing system where the motor itself weighs about 2.5 bs, and the whole system with a battery that is waterproof and floats is under 12 lbs.  The battery also has an extra port to charge phones etc.  Quite remarkable.

I can troll about 8 hours on my tube.

This has an optional attachment that will adapt to the Float Plus though I run mine on a regular float tube.

$999.  New means NEW never used.   I'm posting on behalf of a dealer that closed shop due to supply chain issues on his other products.

This is normally $1199 and as far as I can tell, is not discounted.

This is very popular with the Bixpy crowd.

Please PM if interested.

I like the idea of mounting a Bixby jet to my Cumberland.
Has anybody out there mounted a Bixby Jet to their Cumberland? Send pictures.

Thank you,

SP Dan

I have a cumberland, have not mounted a Bixpy on it. BUT I believe it is quite easy to do so - just need to attach a flat board on the bottom. Can explain if you are interested.

The Bixpy J-2 system is going up in price after Labor day according to the manufacturer. The unit I offer is literally brand new and I think, the best possible price in the USA. Though it would be a drive for you to pick up.

Going trolling speed on a tube (2mph), it will go for 8+ hours if you don't use your fins.

Hi Dan
You can use the same mount I did on the Maxxon for your Cumberland. It will mount to any smooth bottom boat. I’m thinking getting another mount for my Cumberland and just swapping the motor and battery when I want to take it out instead of the big boat.
About $65 for both the pad and the mount directly from Bixby.
Run the cable through the netting behind the seat and put the battery in a bucket.  I used the Sat-Bond adhesive and so far it’s rock solid.  The motor and battery would be the big expense but so worth it . [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Nice
Waterproof and wireless are big advantages.
Is the battery around 40-50 Ah?
How's Gregory fishing?
Hopefully big bear will fill up with these storms.
