Spotty Wars or Spotty Bowl is happening this weekend at Alamitos Bay, Fri/Sat/Sun, I'm avoiding it like the plague.

That said, Maybe HH or NPH will get the nod this weekend for me.

Got skunked. Tossed swim baits only. Didn’t see much action for tubers except for one guy who caught three. He was anchored at a honey hole. I got moved around a bit by the breeze. Saw an 7-8 lber caught from shore. Still, a nice day on the water.

First few trips out are about comfort and feel . Fishing will happen.  Keep on it you’ll be nailing big ones soon enough . Let me know when you’re ready for a salt water bay/harbor session.  I’ll go with you .
