FR: 06-19-23, A very productive AB solo night session!

Hi guys, I've been at it just about every weekend in my tube, but been too lazy to post reports.

Went out for an evening solo float tube cruise Monday night and ended up with 13 Spotties, and 9 were legal. I entered the water around 6pm. The tide was slack (5:30pm low), but starting to swing inward. It was slow going until a little after 7, that is when the bite turned on for me. I got out around 10:45pm.

Almost forgot, I had a run-in with a Marine Patrol officer, Adam. He was cool, naturallly he asked to see my fishing license, in which I was really happy to FINALLY show it to someone for the first time ever. We chatted for a few minutes and  then went on our ways.

On to the pix, in no particular order...Tank of the night was 15.75". Sorry about the sideways pix towards the end.

Cool some nice fish buddy. We got or at least BigMaxFloats got carded last Sunday as well. Good to know they are doing there job out there. Thanks for the report and keep up the great work.

Nice Session Buddy. They all look fat and healthy. No Dinks that night. Jeff and i got stopped in Newport Sunday morning. Came to me and asked if I had any fish but I was in skunk mode so nothing to show and that we generally catch and release unless I get a big Halibut or a big Sand bass, but spotties are CPR. (catch photo release). Asked for my license , asked if Jeff was with me and if he had anything, told him he had two , both released, and he motored on his way. Totally cool and no issues if you're cool with them and not doing anything wrong.
