Category: Fishing Commercials
Description: The Rock Island PowerFish'nTM Pro is the first in a new line of hybrid reels for fresh water fishing. The PowerFish'n Pro features a Shakespeare spinning reel fitted with a strong, quiet, electric motor to enhance the fishing experience. It gives users the ability to manually hand crank the line in as well as retrieve it automatically with the touch of a switch. Users can fish longer without fatigue, have more options and techniques for catching fish and generally enjoy fishing even more.

That's a funny video. I mean come one how easy do they want it to be. It's some what of an oxy moron as they keep making reels so much more powerful and efficient, yet everyone wants to catch the big fish that kicked their butt.

Not to mention how much that thing would weigh, and they claim it suppose to enhance your fishing experience because you can fish longer without getting tired.

Well that is something new, I know that there are many a day I wish I had some one to reel in my line. My fingers were hurting so much I was not sure if I was going to be able to open the sandwich baggy for lunch.
Solves that problem right boys, I mean come on how doesn't want to have more weight on the back end of there rod, all in the name of laziness X10 Evil or Very Mad

Hey guys,
Well, another electric reel, But I like this one because it is smaller lighter and seems to be built for freshwater applications. In the past most of the electric reels were made for the deep sea conventional types of fishing and used primarily for commercial fishing. This one however is obviously for the sports fisherman.
although most of us would not want one, what if you needed one? Say for instance because you had a handicap or were a wounded vet. I am going to buy one and donate it to a group I know of who is sponsoring fishing trips for our wounded vets. I really like this product.
