I think it is always best to keep it partially inflated at all times. But if there is a need to put it away for an extended time frame. It should be stored dry and in a large box or bag. More importantly it should be brought ok every so often and re-inflated to avoid any creasing of the Bladders. This will keep the creases from forming and in time making a week spot in the Bladders. This is my 2 cents.

Stacked on top of Harbor freight rolling carts with tackle in storage bings below. Thought about bicycle winch to put them up high but not enough headroom in my garage.

Winter means the tubes go from the garage out to the shed . Partial inflated for sure. Helps keep their shape.

I agree with Jerdan,
Always good to keep them partially deflated by 1-psi pound or so.

So I just purchased mine last night but now I was thinking about storage between fishing and in the winter when I'm not.
.
I live in a townhouse with no real yard and no garage so I was planning on deflating it snd foldjng it up and stowing it in a dufflebag.
Will the tube become damaged if it's filly deflated and stored this way ?

Like I have said before no it should be fine but I feel it is a good idea to re inflate it at least once during the cold seaason just so you exercise the tubes. Oh and welcome to the darkside.

what is best I dont know for sure, My tube is deflated and rolled up in a large hay bag. With it in the bag are the fins, waders, life jacket and rod holders and pump up stuff. Everything in one spot so it doesn't get misplaced, It has worked well for me but I don't live in very cold climates either.
