OK my wife has recently started making and selling Aprons. She hand sew's them all and has had a lot of people ask if she has a website. So I have stepped in and built one for her.
We are still working on it, and was wondering "I know it is Aprons not fishing" if you would take a look and make a simple comments does it look ok or need a lot of work. More eyes are better than less right. Also guys could be a good simple gift to smooth things over with you wife or girl friend after a long fishing trip leaving her behind Thumbs Up [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Thanks guys for all you help Cool

I think it look's good. I did notice a spelling error on the "about me" page when I skimmed over it though..."I decided to start make(ing) quilts". Simple typo...dont take it the wrong way...i'm bad at spelling myself but sometimes it goes unnoticed when you write it but somebody else always catches it.

I'm not into aprons but they do look pretty cool....you can tell hard work went into them.

Good luck hope everything goes well!

Ed you need one of these when you cook out on the fishing trips. Only some kind of fishing vest/apron combo thing.

sound good but how about adding some of those quilts that she also gives away?? I have a cousin that works for the Cancers Association and they can help out in the donation part to help her make more quilts??? Ill ask her today after Church. I also think you can make some for men. For example the Kiss the cook, Look honey i'm cooking, I don't just bring home the fish,-I also cook them!! But defently post some quilts pictures up. Maybe pictures of her giving them away? salute

The site serves it purpose, but is a bit plan and generic. Plus I don't like all the ads and sign up sheet to leave comments on.

Have you considered starting with a template and then adding the content to that? I do sites for friends and family using templates all the time. It's a quick and easy way to get a good base site and just customize that with their content. Check out template monster for a bunch of good cheap templates.

I actually might do a site for roboworm using that same concept.

Ohh the aprons look cool. My girlfriend makes all kinds of stuff like that and sells a bunch of them on etsy.

Nice aprons, but no fish cleaning ones!? maybe one with a fillet knife holster or concealed carry pocket. I have a black Calcutta one I got as a gift and it came in handy cleaning salmon in Alaska, a couple times cleaning limits at local lakes and that time I had that fool that owed me money and... oh nevermind that.

I think they all look great just maybe a couple in more traditional patterns for the older generations. I like the zebra print maybe do a leopard print with gold trim one for those mob wives and mothers.

You come up with one in mossy oak or in fishoflauge for when I clean my guns or rods and reels I'll be sold!

And maybe a bit of a personal touch like a picture of your wife in the about me section.

Well a basic template can run you as little as $20 and if you want to purchase a domain name I can host it for you since I manage about 20 various sites.
