That is not bad simple but effective.

thats a flash light holder cost $10 buck i made the strap for about $1.50

I got the idea obviously from Outcast rack. My only concerns were the lack of flotation (its a metal frame or looks like one) and the inability to expand. PVC is tinker toys and the possibilities are endless. Oh and it's $69.99 which for me right now is a lot of dough. I am going to make a rig that attaches to the bed of my truck so the whole unit will ride stable in the bed of the truck...disconnect and attach to tube...hopefully without having to load/unload rods. Multi task is the name of the game. But we'll see about that one.

I make you one i got strap left over just need flash light holder from harbor frieght i saw them cheaper some were cant remeber tho i am old

My thought exactly. I also will install a float cushion to the backrest because I recline too much. I like to sit up more. If you can come up with a spandex mod for my tube or rack brother I will make it and install it just in your honor!

I've also seen guys put an inter-tube for a wheel barrel on the seat to prop them up a bit. Works pretty good from what i hear.

SPandex is a usefull fishing tool if the proper application is used

Kinda like DuctTape?

I think I will have to bring some spandex shorts to give away to the smallest fish caught.

It is the frame for a rod holder that sits on the side of your tube. Still need to mount the to panel and the rod holders. The part that goes down in a loop is for stability so it doesnt bounce- I hope

I will be watching this one.
