What's the strangest rig you've used to catch bass?

Bass on corn? hmmm yeah that is kinda weird lol

Carolina rig with a whole pea
And caught a very nice size sand bass

Caught majority of my basses on dropshot. Nothing strange though lol

Not Bass, but my brother in law caught a monster Bream on half a dim sim. Still laugh about it to this day.

As a joke I tied on a Budweiser novelty lure that had a nose like a "Big O" medium diver, a body of a tiny can of Bud and a tail spinner blade. Chucked that red and white colored contraption into the branches on a big oak that had fallen into the water right next to a patch of cottontail bull rushes, cranked the handle maybe 4 turns and was rewarded with a nice 4 lb. Largemouth at Clear Lake in the Rodmans Slough area. We all shared a goog laugh over that one.

Very Cool and Alcoholic Bass the good things about this type of Bass is they get angry and start hitting everything they see.

I think this one takes the WIN for being the weirdest!!!!!

Just goes to show that what we think isn't edible as bait is seen entirely different by fish.
Reminds me of the tuna fishermen who would cast a fixed line with just a hook off the back of the boat,when they were biting the tuna would go anything.
