Our 3rd Annual FTFF Toy Drive

Hey guys it's been brought to my attention that the Perris gathering is occurring per thanksgiving weekend which might make it hard for some to attend would it be better if we changed te date?

That is a good call if it needs to change go for it.

Would it be more convenient for everyone to have the Perris gathering the following weekend of the Newport gathering on Saturday December the 14th? Please let me know

The following week is fine with me. But I'm with what the majority votes. Question: will the toys collected at this gathering be going to the same organization? Just wanna make sure I have gifts for both if that's the case.

Ok a change has been made to the freshwater event, we are moving it from Nov. 30th to Dec. 14th. everything else is still the same just this small change, hope you guys can make this date better that the other.

OK guys just an update we have made the change for the Perris event from Nov. 30th to Dec. 14, this is because of the Thanksgiving Holiday.  I have been working on the Toy Drive flyer and it is done.  If you would like a copy to post up on your Facebook or social network, or maybe in a local tackle shop, I can e-mail it to you.  I have it in PDF form and Word form.  I have not learned how to put these up on the forum yet but I will attach a Jpeg form later this week.

Like last year please know that you do not need to be at an event to participate as well as be entered into the final Drawling for the Grand Prize's.  All you need to do is get a new unwrapped gift ($10 or more in value) to me before the 20th of December.  And so everyone is clear for the final Raffle (Grand Prize drawling) each gift you give will earn you one raffle ticket, so the more you give the better your odd's are.

This years grand prize's will be from Classic Accessories Pondarey float tube and Cast Mate Rod Rack, and From The Float tube store a ODC 420 and Cast Mate Rod Rack as well.  At each we will have a raffle for those that show up and donate.  Prize's here will be from Dynamic lures, Pro-Cure, Rat-L-Trap, Reebs Lures, DWAZ lures, Austin Lures, and Edge Products.  So guys make sure we get some flyers and send them out to as many places as we can in support or our dedicated sponsors.  I am really looking forward to this event, should be a great time for a great cause, any question please ask.

darn! lol, i wanted to do Perris too.....but with new date its a no go, going to vegas that weekend.....all good, ill see u guys on the 6th in NPH......ill hook up those toys then....

I was hoping to attend the Perris tourny as well. Looks like I won't be able to go either date. Definitely Thanksgiving weekend, many are out of town as I am myself. Good call on the date change! December 14th is family bday for me. I will still be there for the NPH tourney!

here is the flyer that Jeff sent me for those to copy from here if they so wish... post these up anywhere you can!   There are plenty of tubers out there who have no idea about our forum and might be interested by this!  Put them in the local tackle shops, lakes, schools, light poles, freeway signs, traffic lights, sides of cars just spread it like wildfire... of course do it with permission  and also spread it around Facebook, instagram, twitter, pinterest, snapchat, vine, or whatever other social network site you have lets have a huge turnout and get as many toys as possible for kids in need it's a fun event for a great cause!

with all due respect, i think it's missing a lot of information, most importantly the locations of the exact launch points and times, addresses might be a good idea to add also.  I'm just thinking from a totally random and new persons perspective that happens to see the flyer at a tackle shop or online on facebook or other social media network.

Jeff, if you know the exact locations with addresses and specific times, I will volunteer to make up a flyer for you. I can have it in about a day. Let me know if I can help you out bro.
