Irvine Lake fishing report 3/8/2015

So here is a short video report. Pedro0131 and I linked up to go slay some trout but before anything, Congrats Pedro on your new float tube and on your first float tube sess. We kicked off from the west shore worked the buoy line down to trout island and on our way there we had a few hits but no dice. After working trout island we kicked thru the flats and straight to the red clay hills and again no dice. flipped a U turn and kicked back, on the way back I hook up to a hungry bluegill after kicking a mile, BOOM! my trout king jig gets smashed, the fight is on This trout made my day. Pedro end up getting skunked but he told me that he had a good time . Pedro, we have to link up again bro just drop me a text and we will arrange a day to slay.

Thanks Jerdon, yea that crawdad sure was standing its ground lol! I have never seen a crawdad that big till now, he is going to make some LMB happy that's for sure.

Thanks bro, yes I do agree with you on that last run, I was close on cpr but I'll cprig (catch picture release in grease) instead
