Hey guys, I wanted to thank the Float Tube Fishing Forum for a beautiful day! I feel kinda guilty because I fish Perris Lake every weekend. Today was a tough day, it’s usual a lot better here. I wanted to thank the forum for an awesome prize. Plus I even got a lot of extra fishing gear left in my float tube that Jeff’s son used. I am all in for the next event, for the toy drive, FirstOn!

Pre-Frontal and the Full moon moved the Shad , which in turn moved and changed the bite At Perris  .. The Shad are Actually Stacked in 30' + and moving on the south side of the lake , mainly by the water tower and Bernasconi .. Usual Movement this time of yr for Perris .

Looked like you all where doing alright out there i watched for a good hr and half and talked to a few people  saw some fish caught as well ... Floating Navy was out in force  . Talked to a few people that never even heard about Us some where really kind , a few not so  lol they blamed you all for killing the bite  

It was good meeting up with everyone today.
I got the skunk but met some great new people.
Thanks to the 2 guys who offered me a spare fin, sorry I forgot your names already.
I broke a strap on my Omega Fin and ran back home to get another pair of fins.

Great time for me too.

I got one solitary short bite.

I skipped out about 1100, figured my look wouldn't change.

Met some cool peeps too.

I heard several times that folks liked the group thing and wanted to do it again.

Maybe we should try a monthly or quarterly meet up, alternating between salt and fresh, north and south.

Just thinking out loud.

The Fish Finder Mounts .com Lake Perris Fish Off, is now down in the books. We had a pretty good turnout of 23+ tubers on the water. A small but mighty army of dedicated tubes looking for a fun day on the water. While the fishing was tough we all found the fun on the water. It was great seeing old friends and cool meeting new ones as well. Congrats to all the winners on the day, and a big congratulations to FirstOn for his first place win of the U3 fish finder mount system and Charger. Great job to everyone thanks for being there and remember the next event will the 5th Annual FTFF Toy Drive.

Great meeting u guys yesterday I had a good time, hopefully I can continue to meet up and fish with some of y'all. Learned a lot too since I'm new to these shenanigans.

Well I had a good time fish'n, meet some new fish'n fanatic's, saw some awesome tube setups and such, but the bite was off for me.
But it beat the hell out of watch'n TV or mow'n the lawn, I can tell u that for sure. Jeff did his best again getting it together and all was good. Can't ask for more, my Packers won Sunday so it made for a great weekend. HOORAH........GT
