That is my old ride, I still love it and it's in the garage. It is used for cold water trips up north.

Makes me think about tying a foot long Blane Chocklett Game Changer in a rainbow trout pattern, slapping it on the end of my sink tip and rowing/kicking around PVR in the middle of winter!



p.s.  wonder if any of the big browns moved up the Upper O since it snowed?

Yes! that PVR holds some real cows. I get so wired into Pyramid during the winter I have tunnel vision.

I can't believe my uncle lived in Truckee all that time and I didn't drag the ladder more often. Well to my defense, most of the time I was up there, it was at end of summer or early fall. The schedule was wake up, walk down the street, go across the railroad tracks and fish the Trophy Section of Truckee or tube Martis, Boca, Stampede or Prosser.
