I pour my own in darter and ball type mostly but recently bought some larger and flutter jig molds. I use a do-it melting pot and it seems to do fine with most pours just make sure to pre heat your molds over a burner or a propane torch so you get a consistent pour, if the mold is too cold the lead will cool and won't fill the cavity entirely so you will have to dip the hook back in the melting pot to get the lead off and try again. They sell special paints but as long as my jig heads last I found spray paint works fine. I get my molds from Ebay, tackle swap meets and garage sales if I come across them. As for hooks and other supplies I get them at these two sites.

Good luck and hit me up if you have any other questions.
