Has anyone used this rig and caught fish on it?  Looks pretty good, especially for the saltwater bays..

I always have it tied on and it has always done well for me in the salt, and I am sure it will do as well in Fresh. Plus I make my own Jika's it pretty simple.

I have a few hooks I rigged like this, but I really can't say it is better than other methods. I used it on crawdad type baits and some small paddle tail swimbaits.

The jury is still out for me.

Great rig to use with proper bait but like everything else it has its time and place to be used.
The idea bait to use on this type of rig is a floating type bait. 7"-10" worms with a floating tail etc
