I found a beautiful pack rod!

Found this Beautiful Eagle Claw Trailmaster!
6'-9" Spin/Fly combo.
Brand new cork handle. No scratches on the enamel.
Immaculate condition.
I found it in a pawn shop in Missoula.
Got it for $25

I've tried out its spinning capabilities,
I've yet to try its fly capabilities but as soon as I do I'll put up a review.
I'm gonna go select a fly reel tomorrow

I found another in decent condition, but same capabilities!
It's a 7'-1" rod, with spin/fly rod seating.
It's length gives it waaaayyy better play on the end than my 6'-9".
However, it might need to be re wrapped and it needs a new ferrule.
But for $15 it still might be worth it.

That's a great find! I bought mine years ago when I was still doing Guide work. Every ounce counts when you're packing. Mine has caught many mountain trout in Canada and the U.S.

Bro I jumped on the one above it works great.
I found another rod same specs only its yellow I got that one and gave it to my dad.
But I also found 3 of the original Wright and McGill rods.
I bought for some friends in Cali

I found like 5 of these pack rods lol 3 of them are original Wright and McGinnis.
I need to get them re wrapped tho
