Catch of the Month for Feb. 2019

I wanted pick the catch of the month this time around because the gentalman deserves this. He is a hard worker always is involved and is always thinking of the FTFF and its members. Congrats Jerdon on your pig of a LMB in Feb. Here is his account of the event.

I fished  the East End of Perris launching from the Jet Ski Launch. Fishing was slow and I plumbed structure in the 30 to 35 foot depths. I was dragging the drop shot when I monitored a school of baitfish swimming by and threw my Wackey rig into it. This chubby bass grabbed it and tried hard not to meet me."

Well you did meet the big boy and sounded like a great fight. Cingratulations Jerdon on your Feb. Catch of the month.

She was just over 18 inches and I did not weigh her. My PB is 4.87 pounds and I was certain she did not beat that mark.

"Congrat's" to you my friend for landing that TOAD of a Bass ... which landed you the honor of the "Fish Of The Month" and ... the bragging rights, as well!
