I have been a true-blue, a loyal advocate of the Seaguar InvizX line of products for over 12 years now and running...

But ... because I'm so loyal and impressed by Diawa's Samurai 8-carrier braid that I just had to try out their ... [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Diawa J-Fluoro Leader. If I luv it, I can always drop-down to a smaller [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] leader and check-out it's performance.

So my question is:
... has anyone out there ever tried this stuff, and if so ... what did you think of it's performance over-all?

PS ... I'll do a product review in a few months after I have had a decent chance to go thru all of my "trials and errors" with this new J-leader line. lol

I have been very happy with the Seaguar Red Label for a few years. I look forward to your report on how the Diawa compares.

I believe I made a mistake in buying a 20 pound leader.
So, I went ahead and “pulled-the-trigger” on purchasing the new Diawa 15-lb J-fluoro leader line and I will tie a 6’ leader onto the 1/4oz HUB on one of my 6’ Shooter rod’s and I’ll leave the 6’ long 15-lb Seaguar InvizX leader on the other 6’ Shooter rod.
I feel that this is a fare and equal comparison on the leader lines.

This way I can have two identical set ups with two different 15-lb leader lines for a fair comparison. The new leader line is supposed to arrive tomorrow, Saturday. I’m STOKED!

May the winner of the “Leader Line Games” ... prevail!

I’ll be tying it on tonight for tomorrow’s session in LAB.

Well ... if we ever hook up, I’ll be carrying my (one or the other) favorite leader line on my float tube with me and I can definitely offer you some of the Diawa J-Fluoro leader line to tryout for yourself ... if this ends up being my leader line. Cool
